In the two-way pursuit of the organization and the individual, the professional growth of project managers is injecting solid strength into Yupont.

To enhance the company's project management capabilities and cultivate a team of interdisciplinary talents, Yupont organized a special training session on ‘Project Management Practice’ from July 25 to 26. Project managers and key colleagues from various departments actively participated, joining the learning event both online and offline.

Why Learn Project Management?
From the Company’s Perspective
Securing, executing, and managing projects is the foundation of Yupont’s business development. As projects grow more complex, management requires greater precision. Our most valuable asset is the ‘talented leaders’ who can ‘fight battles and lead teams’ (i.e., capable of both delivering projects and leading teams).
From the Individual’s Perspective
People who do not want to work only in techniques for a lifetime must master cross-border ability. Project management is an important path of composite growth and a key step for technicians to ‘emerge from the cocoon’.

The Course is Packed with Practical Content, with a Practical Orientation Throughout
This training was divided into six modules, covering all key nodes in the project life cycle, and focusing on project goal setting, stakeholder management, communication mechanisms, team collaboration, etc.:
Mission Accomplishment: Define the standards and bottom lines for project success.
Stakeholder Management: Clearly identify and classify stakeholders using the 'Power-Interest' four-quadrant model.
Effective Communication: Plan targets, methods, and feedback mechanisms to avoid 'information black holes'.
Value First: Use limited resources to serve strategic priorities.
High-Performance Team Building: Form synergy through the RACI matrix and incentive mechanisms.
Visual Management Practice: Promote transparent processes, clear tasks, and orderly progress.
During the training, participants conducted immersive discussions and role-playing exercises around typical projects such as smart electricity meters and UAV photovoltaic inspections. Combining theory with practice, the classroom atmosphere was lively and all participants gained substantial knowledge.

General Manager Huang: Those Who Excel at Communication Fuel Project Capability
During the graduation session, Huang Chaohua, Vice President of the company, used his own experience as an example to share his in-depth insights and practical experiences on project management. He pointed out:
The primary responsibility of a project manager is to ensure project success under all circumstances.
The core task of a project manager is not just to bury oneself in writing code, but to communicate, integrate, and activate the team.
Stakeholder management is the key to success. One must become familiar with the client’s organizational structure as early as possible and understand the concerns of different roles.
Time awareness is indispensable. Project plans must have 'clear timelines' to be controllable and measurable.
The value of training lies in implementation. Remembering and effectively applying one or two key points—putting what is learned into practice—is better than a superficial review.
He emphasized in particular that project managers are the bridge between the company and clients, and the 'last mile' of strategic execution. Yupont will need more interdisciplinary talents who 'understand technology and excel at management' in the future, as they will become the backbone of the company’s high-quality development.

Outstanding Team Announced, Honor Recognizes Learning Achievements
To recognize team collaboration and practical performance, outstanding teams were selected during this training. Based on the points ranking, the 2nd Group won the 'Outstanding Team Award' and received the award on-site for a group photo, bringing a successful conclusion to the learning journey.

Conclusion: Training to Enhance Competence, Learning to Facilitate Action
Project management is a key capability that runs through the entire business cycle, and even more a core engine driving organizational progress. This 'Project Management Practice' training not only imparts methodologies, but also awakens the self-motivation and sense of responsibility of project professionals.
Yupont will continue to build a project management culture characterized by efficient collaboration and professional development, helping every project manager move forward more steadily and further.

Project capability is competitiveness. May we all practise ourselves in work and grow through projects!
